What are you doing to ensure my safety at the festival?
Your safety is a top priority. Tulsa Brunch Fest is designed with layered safety planning that includes:Professional security + event staff stationed at entrances, high-traffic areas, and VIP zones.
Controlled access points (designated entry/exit gates) and clear perimeter boundaries to manage crowd flow.
Traffic control + barriers to separate pedestrian areas from vehicles and keep the festival footprint secure.
Emergency response planning coordinated in advance, including a clear incident response plan and communication chain for staff.
Medical support on-site (first-aid response) with quick access routes for emergency services if needed.
Lost child & reunification plan and a clearly marked Kids Zone with staff support.
Lighting, signage, and wayfinding so guests can navigate safely and quickly locate help, exits, or medical assistance.
Code of conduct and a see-something/say-something approach—guests can notify any staff member immediately if they feel unsafe.
